Days passed normally for Z but painfully for J. One day Z was hungry and J asked if she wanted to go out and eat food. Z agreed. They went for a chicken momos date. Honestly I ship them now (frown emoji). J was hella awkward. It was the first date of his entire life. Shocked aren’t you? (Laughing emojis). I would have shit my pants in real life if I was J. ( in real life I didn’t #proud). Z was talkative enough to keep the conversation going. Honestly I love this triangle – J looking at Z, Z looking at the food and the food asking J why isn’t he eating. Do you agree or no? LMAO.
And J would have been the one clicking this photo (laughing emojis)
Their friendship grew gradually. They started going on such hunger dates. The catch was that only J considered it a date and Z went for the food (Laughing emojis #me). Over time J’s feelings grew. Z didn’t notice but J’s heart was getting heavier. J always acted innocent in front of Z. One night he decided to confess his feelings (the Titanic is definitely about to drown now). J schemed about the whole situation. He was second guessing every word he wanted to say. After all you don’t want to lose that other person’s trust knowing their reality. It was a do-or-die situation for him. Either he would get a girlfriend or he would lose his good friend.
So J began preparing and told Z “Hey, I wanted to tell you something very important.” Z freaked out and said “what happened is everything ok?” Girls always over react don’t We? (smirk emoji). J continued “Don’t feel bad. Please don’t hate me. All these feelings were a while ago. I am trying my best to fade them away.” Z was eagerly listening. J finally said it. “I had feelings for you but when I realized you had a boyfriend, since then I have been trying to ignore and hide these feelings.” Such a classic cutie isn’t he. Man, I almost cried when J told me the story. Z replied “It’s ok J. It happens. It’s not your fault.”
For a few days happiness was at J’s doorstep. All the burden was unloaded and he was kind of a free man now, ready for the girls waiting for him (laughing emojis). But first love they say, doesn’t spare you that easy. Soon J started to realize that this was like a permanent color which would be stuck with him for a long time (or like that oily vegetable stain which just keeps getting messier). His feelings were growing like an infection in his entire body (very cliché reference but I just had to put it in).
Male version would be J.
Only solution that J could think of was vanishing from Z’s life completely. But little did he know the more you run away from your feelings, the more they take over your mind. J blocked Z from everywhere and lost all contact with her.
Now according to J he wanted to ‘purify’ or ‘pay for his sin’ more, so he did the worst thing that anyone could. J texted Z’s boyfriend. Yep you had it right! A guy who had a crush on a girl apologizes to the girl’s boyfriend for having feelings for that girl. This sentence legit has the potential to take over the entire blog! His boyfriend was cool though (Laughing emojis). He didn’t give any reaction. I am sure he would have felt good about guys chasing his girlfriend.
Time flew. J and Z occasionally talked and now that Z knew that J knew about her boyfriend she became more comfortable. This girl couldn’t stop talking about her relationship in front of J. I still can’t understand did she want to hurt J more than she already had or was she just clueless and immature. J was enjoying the “one sided love whose power is in the hands of the lover and which doesn’t split between two people” phase. But…
I know it’s not fair. Just hold on.
