MindOomph Shorts No. 63: These windows better be open!

Keep a window open!

You know, I’ve come to realize that it’s so important to keep at least one window open, even when it feels like all the doors are closing around you. Because when you shut yourself off completely, it’s like cutting off your air supply – you start to suffocate.

Life can throw some pretty tough challenges our way, and sometimes it can feel like we’re trapped with no way out. But even in the darkest moments, there’s always a glimmer of hope, a tiny crack where the light can shine through.

That window represents possibility, opportunity, and the chance for things to get better. It’s a reminder that even when things seem hopeless, there’s still a chance for a new beginning, a fresh start, and a different path.

Closing all the doors might feel like the safest option, like protecting yourself from further disappointment or pain. But in reality, it’s just holding yourself back from all the amazing possibilities that life has to offer.

So instead of shutting yourself off from the world, why not keep that window open? Why not embrace the uncertainty, the challenges, and the unknown? Because who knows what incredible opportunities might come your way if you’re willing to take a chance and keep that window of opportunity open?

And sure, it might feel scary to leave yourself vulnerable and step out into the unknown. But sometimes, that’s where the magic happens. Sometimes, the most amazing things in life come when we least expect them, when we’re willing to take a leap of faith and keep that window of opportunity open.

Until next time, Adios amigo!
