Who are they to tell me when to stop? It’s just noise to me!
Won’t you agree when I say our only limit is what we tell ourselves? Often times, it isn’t even us who we listen to. We tend to give more importance to the noise outside that’s telling us what and why we can’t do what we want to. We also forget the support we are getting from the people closest to us.
Do you think that’s right, though? Is it okay to give someone else so much power that they decide what’s good for us and how far we should and shouldn’t go? And we shouldn’t get it confused with genuine advice and constructive criticism. But what we should do is trust ourselves more. We have to build ourselves in such a way that even the strongest winds aren’t able to blow us away.
You should know that if you are reading this, you are not the one who runs away. You are not the one who gives up. You are not the one who thinks that they are weak and can’t do what they decide to do. You are someone who knows how to carry themselves to the place they want to be. You are someone who isn’t afraid to call out your dreams. You are the one who will withstand every storm, come what may.
You are the latter, right?
Until next time, Adios amigo!
